NOARIE respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect through www.noarie.ai and how we use it.

What we collect

  • What you give us. Name, company, email, phone, service interest and any message you send through our forms or chat.
  • Collected automatically. Standard server and analytics data such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page and pages viewed.
  • Cookies. Used for basic functionality and aggregate analytics. You can disable them in your browser.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and prepare the analysis you requested.
  • To provide services you ask for.
  • To send information about our services where permitted. You can opt out any time.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may send you text messages about your request or our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share your phone number or SMS consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Email

Our marketing emails include a working unsubscribe link and our physical mailing address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Unsubscribing stops marketing email; we may still send transactional messages about work already underway.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our CRM, form processor, email provider and analytics tools — and only as needed. We may disclose information where required by law.

Your rights

Security & retention

We use reasonable safeguards and keep inquiry information only as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. No internet transmission is completely secure.

Children

This site is intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
